All prices exclude the delivery & packing service and VAT.
Payment can be made via all major credit & debit cards except American Express. We can also accept most procurement cards. If for any reason your card isn't acceptable or we have any queries regarding the payment we'll contact you to hopefully resolve the problem as soon as we can.
Details can only be placed on the site using a valid credit/debit card so if you wish to pay by any other method please contact us but please be aware cheques will require up to 10 days for clearance and we do not operate cash on delivery.
Credit card payments are not processed automatically, they will generally only be processed when the goods are ready to be dispatched. Sending details via this website is an "offer to buy", "all" details are verified and vetted as correct before we accept them as an "order". A contract will be deemed to exist when we accept the order and take payment.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations and other market reasons. Any changes will be notified by email / telephone giving you an option to cancel.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices, descriptions and compatibilities are up to date and correct. There will always be a very small number of instances where the information being displayed is either slightly incorrect, out of date, or not available so if this happens we will advise you as soon as we can.
It is neither within our remit nor will we do third party technical support and goods are not sold on a trial basis. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods ordered are the correct items and that they will work in your device for the intended use, except of course where the item proves to be faulty.
There may be products that we can only source in particular quantities to comply with manufacturers minimum order levels or pack quantities. If this applies to an item you wish to order we will advise you of the relevant information before processing any transaction. This is most likely to apply on less frequently ordered items.
When you use this site for the first time you agree to be bound by all our terms and conditions. We may vary the terms and conditions by posting revised terms and conditions on the site. Our website contains a great deal of up to date information, errors & omissions excepted, however if you are unsure, particularly regarding compatibility, our advice is always to check directly with the manufacturer in question before going ahead and placing your order. The links on our website take you to some of the most common manufacturers’ sites. Note that you should use the manufacturer's UK website/UK product information and not the 'International' website/product information, as there could be some key differences in part numbers or specifications. We would also advise you to consult your hardware equipment manual if you are unsure of the part numbers/consumables suitable for your machine.
