Returns Policy
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from us, however we
understand that there may be occasions when you need to return goods to
us.Please note no items should be returned
to us for any reason without first contacting us. Failure to do so may
result in your return being rejected upon receipt.
We guarantee the products we supply for 12 months against
manufacturers faults but if you believe your item to be faulty we would
ask you first of all to check your manual or with the machine
manufacturers to ensure the problem is not with either the hardware or
the installation/set-up routines. We recommend this because in many
instances goods returned to us are not in fact faulty so we do not want
you to incur any additional costs or have any further delay where a
problem is caused by another factor.
If you still believe your item to be faulty please contact us on
08707 444 999 with the full details including your invoice dates &
number together with a description of the fault and any steps you have
taken to rectify the problem.
There are some manufacturers who wish to deal with you directly which
can make the returns/replacement process much easier & quicker for
you so we will advise you of how to proceed if this applies.
For other manufacturers we will organise with you for the goods to come
back to us and we will then send it to the relevant manufacturer for
fault testing. We do not do free of charge replacements so if you need
another this will be processed as an order in the normal way and a
refund will be processed when the faulty item is returned to us and
verified as defective.Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it
to us immediately. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best
to sign the delivery note accordingly. Please remember when you sign
for the goods to check that the packaging is intact and sealed /
unopened.
If you have any doubts please call for advice, before signing.
Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.For Non-Defective Returns Goods no longer required/incorrectly ordered
We comply with current legislation with regard to returns,
specifically the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
2000.
You have the right to change your mind and return the goods for a
refund within 7 working days after the day on which you receive them;
this excludes non-stock items we have ordered specifically for you.Goods can only be returned provided that they are completely unopened, unused with the product packaging in saleable condition. If you wish to return goods within the seven day cooling off period you must inform us first in writing and we will tell you how to proceed.
Note the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business-to-business transactions.
Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in
your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted
for refund. Return carriage is payable by the customer, the goods should be
insured as it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in
original condition. We are not responsible for damage / loss whilst
being returned.
If you use your own carrier method, we strongly advise that you opt for
one that keeps a record of your goods being sent and also requires a
signature when it arrives here with us as failure to do so may result
in your goods being ‘lost’ before they reach us in which case we are
not able to refund any monies. If you wish to return goods by Royal
Mail ask at the Post Office for the most suitable method to cover your
insurance/signature requirements.
All refunds will be completed within 15 days of the date of the
receipt of the goods back to ourselves, subject to the terms &
conditions listed above. Refunds will be made to the card originally
used to purchase the goods.
Non-defective returns outside the seven-day cooling off period will be subject to a handling charge, at our discretion.To give our customers the best service
we can, we will help & advise you exactly how to return/package
faulty or unwanted items after you contact us as we hope to work with
you to the best of our abilities dependant on the reason for return
& circumstances.
